Happy Fourth of July Weekend!!
To celebrate, here are some landscapes from west to east. The photographs were taken between 2002 and the present by Santiago and by me, starting with the image from Death Valley. (We are particularly sentimental about Death Valley because it’s where Santiago and I met.)
We’ll see you next Sunday.

What breath-taking photographs! They are all so evocative and remind me of what this beautiful country must have looked like when our forebears first laid eyes on this vast land. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

You’re welcome! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Santiago and I specifically picked photographs with no people or no man-made things. It sure did help us to narrow it down because it’s hard to find spaces without something human.
